Fresh pasta salad for the perfect lunch

Perfect breakfast meal packed with fresh fruits, smoothies are great and very delicious. Great way to fill your body with energy. It’s ready in 5 minutes, ideal for very busy people ;).

Ingredients

  • cup of ground nuts
  • cup of ground oatflakes
  • 2 bananas
  • cup of frozen raspberries
  • oat milk
  • 1/2 – 1 Tbsp of coconut sugar

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, add 2 and more cup of oat milk (depending on how thick and dense you like it) and blend until smooth.
