We’ll be featuring 5 fantastic wines from Paso Robles’ Cass Winery. These award-winning mostly Rhone varietals will be sure to impress you as much as they impressed the critics! Ted Plemons co-owner and winemaker for Cass Winery will be presenting these exceptional wines, while no doubt entertaining guests with his colorful history and anecdotal wine stories! Chef Erin will discuss the pairing concept of each course, which will highlight the nuances of each wine.
