Starting with Ensalada del Chef (Spring mix lettuce with fresh berries, caramelized pecans, pear and cherry tomatoes in raspberry vinaigrette), followed by Tortellini de la Nona (Tortellini pasta stuffed with cheese, sautéed with pancetta, mushrooms and garlic in vodka pink sauce) and a main course of Pollo Marsala (chicken breast in Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with roasted potatoes and oven roasted tomato).
