Recently I’m obsessed with smoothies and experimenting with different tastes. For me, they are perfect breakfast meal as they are packed with fresh fruits and nuts. Great way to start your day and fill your body with energy.
Ingredients
- cup of ground nuts
- cup of ground oatflakes
- 1 mango
- cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
- oat milk
- 1/2 – 1 Tbsp of coconut sugar
Method

Place all the ingredients into a blender, add 2 and more cup of oat milk (depending on how thick and dense you like it) and blend until smooth.
